You guys need to do a much better job with managing the lines especially with the drive through. Spent 20 mins making the line and finally when I reach the window....I wait another 15-20 minutes to find out I need to go inside and make another line to get what I needed for my daughter. Learn to manage the lines!! Easy! For every car that come to the window...first of all acknowledge the customer with a smile and maybe ask them what they need. Pick or drop off? If you would have acknowledge me as soon as I come to the window and ask what I needed help with....I will wouldn’t have had to wait 20 minutes to find out what I need to come inside.
